Term, Duties and Responsibilities
Must attend a (minimum to be established) of Condor Clan gatherings and events for at least one year
Must make a 5 year commitment to participating regularly in Condor Clan and being available to guide.
1st year apprenticeship: Intermittent facilitation / study of materials / observations
2nd year apprenticeship: Regular facilitation / presentation of materials / learning pre-post seasonal work
3rd year: Full fledged Condor Vision Guide / Must become WFA certified if guiding a group
4th year: Qualified to be Lead Guide
5th year: Qualified to be Guide Coordinator
Participate in Spring Welcoming
Be available to facilitate Supporter's Meeting
Be present at Mirroring Circle
Be present at Honoring Ceremony

Responsible for printing and delivering handbooks to Lead Guides

Order Seedboxes for participants
