Being available to support participants as they develop their persona

Being open to receiving mentoring from past veterans on best practices

Facilitating the event on-site

Debriefing and celebrating the ceremony with participants

Receive and initiate contact with potential fasters

Send out Purpose statement and Giveaway paperwork

Create contact list for confirmed initiates for the season

Provide fasting dates and locations to CCC as soon as they are concretized

Participate in Spring Welcoming

Be available to facilitate Supporter's Meeting

Prepare bead necklace for initiates

Support initiates and Coordinators at Honoring Ceremony

Participate in pre and post guide's meetings

Keeper of Ceremonial items for Condor Vision Fast program

Responsible for apprentice training if one is present.

Condor Vision Guide Apprenticeship

Term, Duties and Responsibilities

Must attend a (minimum to be established) of Condor Clan gatherings and events for at least one year

Must make a 5 year commitment to participating regularly in Condor Clan and being available to guide.

1st year apprenticeship: Intermittent facilitation / study of materials / observations

2nd year apprenticeship: Regular facilitation / presentation of materials / learning pre-post seasonal work

3rd year: Full fledged Condor Vision Guide / Must become WFA certified if guiding a group

4th year: Qualified to be Lead Guide

5th year: Qualified to be Guide Coordinator

Participate in Spring Welcoming

Be available to facilitate Supporter's Meeting

Be present at Mirroring Circle

Be present at Honoring Ceremony

Collect and confirm all updates and changes to handbook for the season

Edit and submit digital proof to Lead Guides and Guide Elder for approval

Responsible for printing and delivering handbooks to Lead Guides

Order Copies of SOLB handbook
